Cal - 1/28/2020
Callahan ate a couple bites of waffles and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch he ate bites of everything: chicken, whole wheat tortillas, corn, and apple slices. We ran out of time and didn't get to the baked cinnamon apples, so we had apple slices instead. They nailed that immediately; "Hey! Why are we having it like this?" They totally know what goes with every meal!!
This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon when the older kids were wearing masks. Cal studied them and studied them. "Who and what are you!??!" He was totally fine with it until Avi decided to do her wolf growl and I told her to chill out!! He never cried, but he didn't like it either!! Avi is wearing the "Big Bad Wolf" mask and Svea has on a "Bear" mask from the "Three Little Bears" story.
Next picture: Every morning Lauralea tells the kids bye and they all give her loves too. (And receive loves from Lauralea.) Cal always holds his arms out for a love and he has won Lauralea's heart. :) That's pretty easy to see why, right!?
Next picture: Callahan was pushing the swivel/rocker chair around and around again. Except sometimes he'd go backwards too. And the chair would get going too fast and he wasn't keeping up and he toppled over. Didn't bother him; he just laid on the floor and giggled. Last picture: Isn't this a cute picture? Notice he's only wearing one bootie. My daily announcement: "Ok, whoever finds Callahan's bootie, please put it on the changing table." Love my awesome helpers!!
