Cal - 2/27/2020

Callahan ate whole wheat English muffin and two servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast.  For lunch he ate bites of everything; ground beef, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and applesauce.

Today it was Linnea's turn to realize Callahan is walking!!  Ha!  "Gary! Cal's walking!! Cal's walking Gary!!  (No, actually Cal was not walking Gary. He forgot my leash.)  This is how it always happens with this age group!!  And it always makes me laugh!

This first picture is from yesterday afternoon when Avilene was walking around with Cal.  (The picture makes it look like they were dancing.)  She did this for several minutes with him, which was very sweet of her, and he was NOT ready to quit when she was done.  He had a tight grip on her fingers and she had to pry his fingers off.  Haha!

Next two pictures; The kids were waving bye to a parent. About the same time the neighbor across the street came out to walk his boys to school.  Their little black puppy always tags along and the kids love watching it.  As you can see by the following picture it is a cutie.  The puppy came right up below the window and that's the first time it's done that.  And of course the kids all loved it.

Last picture:  Callahan was handing off (to Lauralea) some stolen contraband he'd acquired from Miles.  Specifically it was Miles' socks that he'd gotten off and was chewing on.  Cal grabbed it and headed across the room.  Lauralea said, "EEWWW!" when she realized the sock was soggy!  Haha!
