Cal - 7/1/2020

Callahan ate two servings of French toast and ate strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch he ate a large serving of whole 30 chili with meat, peppers, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and lots of spices.  He ate bites of whole wheat dinner roll and ate tropical fruit salad.

This first picture is leftover from yesterday afternoon right after Callahan awoke from his nap.  (He still has on the pajamas I use.  Ha.)  I was just getting a kick out of the location where Cal chose to play with the little tractor.  Haha.

This next picture is also from yesterday afternoon.  Callahan LOVES it when Miles wakes up from his nap and this was the greeting.  I love how sober Miles can be.  He will be a great Poker Player some day.  Haha.  Also, this area around the step and the gates has become a favorite place for Miles to hang out.  I'm assuming it's because there is a lot of activity of Preschool Kids going in and out of the gate.  Second picture: Ok, this morning and they are right back at the same spot.  Haha.  And Callahan crawling around him.

Last picture; Svea was playing peek-a-boo with Callahan.  A moment before this picture Svea said, "Gary! Cal is trying to bug me!!"  Haha.  Later, Cal fell on the yellow bench and I was snuggling him.  Svea came over with a doll blanket and said, "I make him feel better."  That was sweet Svea.

Callahan ate whole wheat toast and mangoes for breakfast. For lunch he ate two large servings of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of two large servings of whole wheat spaghetti noodles, ate green beans, and fruit salad. First picture: The girls were doing "origami for children" and following an instructional video folding paper into butterflies. Cal wanted to do some kind of Art so he decided on practicing some cutting again. That's been his "go to thing" lately. He always asks if he can put the many pieces on his Cubby for "Mom and Dad." Haha. Second picture; Having fun with Avi. She loves to rough-house with the boys and of course they love it as well! It's no wonder why Avi, Cal, and Miles are good buddies. Next two pictures: Miles brought his Fire Truck today and shared it for a short period. He was fine sharing with Avi, but didn't want Cal to touch it. So it went back to his Cubby. Cal - 08/16/2022

Callahan ate waffle and two large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate half of his chicken, ate whole wheat tortillas, corn, and apple pieces.  This was Cal's first activity after waving bye to Dad and Hudson this morning. Art projects haven't been his first choice so this is picture worthy!! :) Next picture; The boys wanted Avi to lift them out of the chair and of course she was ready to oblige them. Uhhmmm, maybe you should take your game to the Play room where the landing is not hardwood floor. But first I gotta get a picture. Ha. Following picture: They were doing random jumps, butt bombs, and face plants. I encouraged them to synchronize their maneuvers for a photo - haha, right - but I could have stood there taking pictures all day and it probably wouldn't have happened. Cal - 08/18/2022

Hello to all of Cal and Hudson's Family!! As you all know Little Treasures is soon to close it's doors and I'll be moving on to another phase of my life. I'm totally serious when I say all the Boyle Family has been super close to my heart and all of you guys are the best. It's all passed so quickly and today is Cal's last day here. What a blast it's been to have Cal in my Program. As he's gotten older and his sense of humor has developed I must say; I think Cal and I are both inflicted with a serious case of silliness!! Haha. He makes me laugh so much. Here's to you Cal; or "Bob" or "Bob Sanks." Love you so much. Here are two parting pictures: Cal and Miles playing "Ring around the Rosy."
