Cal - 9/14/2020

Callahan ate some kix cereal and two servings of mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch he ate turkey burger, whole wheat hamburger bun, bites of tomato, ate avocado, and ate mandarin oranges.   

Callahan tried to give Atley something she didn't want.  She said, "No thank you."  Callahan said, "You're welcome."  :)

We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and the kids were busy as they always are on "new toy Monday!!"  (That's Atley's phrase.)  In this first picture you can see he found the "drill."  I showed him what the "bit" does - goes in and out - and he was having fun with it.   In the second picture he joined Svea and Miles at the window.  Svea was sticking the "cheese" and "meat" to the window.  Haha.  It's kind of a rubber material that clings to the window.  Cal is trying with his "bread slices," but that's made with something different.  :)  Why does her's stick and mine doesn't!?!  :)

Next picture: This was pretty cool of Atley to read to the three littlest ones and they were loving it.  Especially considering Miles kept trying to get Svea's books and this was a great distraction!  Look at the stack of books Svea has accumulated!  Last picture: Cal had been going around and around on the floor and then started doing it on the mattress.  Svea joined him, but of course was going the opposite direction. I think Cal is working hard; judging that from the tongue!!  :)
