Cal - 11/04/2020

Callahan ate whole wheat toast and two servings of mangoes for breakfast.  For lunch he ate pulled pork, bites of brown rice, ate peas, and ate strawberries.    

Cal was here for probably almost 45 minutes by himself and we had a great time.  As you see in the first picture he was laying on the couch like this and he was saying, "take picture, take picture, take picture." Haha.  Ok, I Can do that!!  He hears Avilene "occasionally" saying that!!  :)  Like every day.

Next picture:  Well the Nelson girls arrived!! They haven't seen Cal for a few days and here's what happens!!  He's in the picture: just on the bottom!!  I was going to say it looked like the Nelson Sisters were "tag-teaming" Cal, but it quickly looked more like a "double-teaming" situation.  :)  So I was ready to come to his rescue, but it was all good.  

Next picture:  This started by Svea showing Cal the "grippers" on the bottom of her socks, and they are pretty impressive.  Then they started dinking around with Svea's socks.  Last picture:  Did you spot 3 kids in this picture?  Avi was laying in there first, then Cal joined her, and Atley was bringing the pillows and soft toys.  Guess what Avi was saying.  Hint; look at the top of this page!!  Haha!  "Take picture Gary, take picture!!"

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. Callahan ate two servings of whole wheat English muffin and ate grapes for breakfast. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, some whole wheat toast, half of his beets, and ate applesauce.  Callahan and Svea were arguing about giving Alexa instructions. Cal was yelling, "more" and Svea was yelling, "Stop." That was bugging Eden and she came over and asked, "Why are you fighting?" And Cal verbalized it very well. Eden asked, "Do you know rock-paper-scissors?" That hit my funny bone. Oh well, nice try Eden. First picture: Story on the left and Eden on the right were pretending to sleep after Cal arrived and he was intent on waking them. Ha.
