Cal - 12/04/2020

Callahan ate cream of wheat cereal and maybe a bite of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch he ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, green beans, tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes.  He ate whole wheat dinner roll and fruit cocktail.  At breakfast the cream of wheat was pretty "fluid" so we used straws.  Haha.  That's not the first time and they actually get a kick out of it.  At the bottom of Atley's bowl she said, "Just like the vacuum on the floor."  LOL.  Yup.  Leave it up to Atley to keep us all laughing.

First picture;  Avi with the three youngest ones again.  This happens every day at some point; sometimes one at a time and sometimes like in the picture all at the same time.  Zoom in on Callahan's face and you'll see he's having a blast.   

Next picture:  Check out Nora's right leg in this picture!  Hahaha.  Blocking you out Miles.  She has three little cakes and candles from the food toys and Miles was pretty determined to pester her.  He frequently goes for whatever Svea is playing with.  Maybe this is payback for all the times Svea tormented Nora.  Ha. Nora would scream and Svea would follow her around continually.  You can see Cal's head in the bottom of the picture and he was headed for the couch too.  So the last picture follows in sequence;  Cal started pretending to "blow out" the candles and kept leaning in towards Svea's goods and driving her nuts.  Making a blowing sound every time.  :)  And he knew it was bugging her as he was grinning all over the place.  Man they know how to push each other's buttons!!  At such a young age!!

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Cal - 04/26/2021

Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. Callahan ate French toast casserole and ate his dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, whole wheat toast, peas, and mandarin oranges. How do you like this whacky first picture?!? Haha. Cal and I were having fun with this flexible sheet of magnifying plastic. You gotta big head on a little body there Cal!! :) Next picture: The kids were having fun with these cups, cutting up lots of beads, filling the cups, taping the top shut, and calling them "shakers." I ended up putting scotch tape on the top of Cal's cup - he didn't have very many beads in his - and they all stuck to the tape and wouldn't shake. Haha. He wasn't real thrilled with how that came out!! Next picture: Cal was just hanging out watching Atley and Avi folding paper following "Origami for Kids" on Youtube. Making a dog and bone. Miles is gone until Tuesday so Cal didn't have him to wrestle with today!! Haha. Last picture: Svea was putting a necklace on Cal's neck...
