Cal - 01/22/2021

Callahan ate oatmeal and ate dried cranberries for breakfast.  For lunch he ate tilapia, whole wheat elbow noodles, ate green beans, and two servings of applesauce.  Cal was the self-appointed soloist in his highchair waiting as I set up breakfast this morning.  Singing, "Skid-a-ma-rink-a-dink-a-dink, skid-a-ma-rink-a-doo......I love you....."  So cute.  I waived the "no singing" at meal time just for your performance today Cal.  Haha.

Firstt picture:  Giving loves and receiving loves with his buddy Miles.  So precious.  Second picture: sharing a book with Miles in the next picture.  (The book is upside-down.  Haha.)  Cal has the snacks in his hands.  Miles said, "You bring the snacks and we'll look at my photo album and talk about the old days."  Haha.  I know, I know, I like to amuse myself.  (Lauralea reminds of that frequently!  Haha.)  Also, just before this picture Cal was telling Miles, "stop screaming, stop screaming, stop screaming."  (Miles occasionally - sometimes frequently - screams)  Thank you Cal, but it works better to say it when he's screaming, not 5 minutes later!!  :)

Next picture;  Cal built the little tower you see on the right of the picture and then moved over to relax from his hard work and do some reading.  Last picture: And now he's apparently challenging himself to see if he can build more tower while contorting his body into weird positions.  :)
