Cal - 02/01/2021

Callahan ate a large serving of bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch he ate chicken, pita bread, avocado, no cucumber, and ate pears.  It looked like he'd ate some cucumbers, but when I asked him he said, "No."  Haha.  

Cal was in a good mood when he arrived today; actually he's usually in a good mood, but today he was being pretty silly.  He requested some music by "PJ Max" I think that's what he said.  So I asked Atley for some clarification before I asked Alexa.  Haha.  Dang modern kids.  What about the old Mother Goose rhymes and songs.  That's so yesterday!!  Haha.  Here are a couple pictures from Cal's morning.  We were having lots of fun and I'm thankful I get to be a Care Provider for the 2nd Boyle boy!!  :)

Next picture;  Atley had requested that Alexa play "Christmas music."  Haha.  Svea and Cal were going to the gate talking about Santa.  Where is Santa?  And they were pointing at the cubbies.  Ha.  They ran to the gate several different times still talking about Santa Claus.  

Next picture: Miles was whimpering and pointing to a spot beside his eye.  So I was checking it out and Cal decided he needed to show me exactly where it was at!  Maybe Cal knew the story behind the story! Haha.  Following picture: The boys were playing with some legos.  Cal can get a few together and that's a great example for Miles to follow.

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Cal - 04/26/2021

Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. So you can probably guess what Cal was asking him, right!? "Can I come in?!?" "Can I come in?" Can I come in?" Oh sure Cal, there is lots of room, come on in!! :) Silly kids. Callahan ate French toast casserole and ate his dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, whole wheat toast, peas, and mandarin oranges. How do you like this whacky first picture?!? Haha. Cal and I were having fun with this flexible sheet of magnifying plastic. You gotta big head on a little body there Cal!! :) Next picture: The kids were having fun with these cups, cutting up lots of beads, filling the cups, taping the top shut, and calling them "shakers." I ended up putting scotch tape on the top of Cal's cup - he didn't have very many beads in his - and they all stuck to the tape and wouldn't shake. Haha. He wasn't real thrilled with how that came out!! Next picture: Cal was just hanging out watching Atley and Avi folding paper following "Origami for Kids" on Youtube. Making a dog and bone.
