Cal - 02/10/2021

Callahan ate two servings of French toast and two servings of strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch he ate a large serving of Hearty Paleo Stew with meat, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and green beans. He ate one saltine and ate tropical fruit.  

First picture: This is left over from yesterday afternoon. Svea was pretending to sleep and then telling Cal and Miles to wake her up after they wake up. Ha. So I told the boys to wake up "Sleeping Beauty" and Cal was walking around saying, "Sleeping Beauty, Sleeping Beauty, Sleeping Beauty."

Next picture; Cal loves the "Simba" stuffed animal in this toy set. Right after I took this picture he was running from the gate to the window; back and forth saying, "Gary, I'm having fun, Gary I'm having fun." Haha. I'm glad Buddy! Following picture; Miles getting a helping hand from his buddy to get those socks off! Haha. Cal was giggling when I saw him carrying one of Miles' socks to the gate. "Well go get the other sock too!" :) And it was picture time!

Next two pictures: Sometimes you sit down and enjoy a book with your Buddy in the Library. And sometimes you use those books for other reasons to amuse yourselves. :) Cal is the one who started lining up the books and I think Miles did one, and maybe two.

Callahan ate whole wheat toast and mangoes for breakfast. For lunch he ate two large servings of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of two large servings of whole wheat spaghetti noodles, ate green beans, and fruit salad. First picture: The girls were doing "origami for children" and following an instructional video folding paper into butterflies. Cal wanted to do some kind of Art so he decided on practicing some cutting again. That's been his "go to thing" lately. He always asks if he can put the many pieces on his Cubby for "Mom and Dad." Haha. Second picture; Having fun with Avi. She loves to rough-house with the boys and of course they love it as well! It's no wonder why Avi, Cal, and Miles are good buddies. Next two pictures: Miles brought his Fire Truck today and shared it for a short period. He was fine sharing with Avi, but didn't want Cal to touch it. So it went back to his Cubby. Cal - 08/16/2022

Callahan ate waffle and two large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate half of his chicken, ate whole wheat tortillas, corn, and apple pieces.  This was Cal's first activity after waving bye to Dad and Hudson this morning. Art projects haven't been his first choice so this is picture worthy!! :) Next picture; The boys wanted Avi to lift them out of the chair and of course she was ready to oblige them. Uhhmmm, maybe you should take your game to the Play room where the landing is not hardwood floor. But first I gotta get a picture. Ha. Following picture: They were doing random jumps, butt bombs, and face plants. I encouraged them to synchronize their maneuvers for a photo - haha, right - but I could have stood there taking pictures all day and it probably wouldn't have happened. Cal - 08/18/2022

Hello to all of Cal and Hudson's Family!! As you all know Little Treasures is soon to close it's doors and I'll be moving on to another phase of my life. I'm totally serious when I say all the Boyle Family has been super close to my heart and all of you guys are the best. It's all passed so quickly and today is Cal's last day here. What a blast it's been to have Cal in my Program. As he's gotten older and his sense of humor has developed I must say; I think Cal and I are both inflicted with a serious case of silliness!! Haha. He makes me laugh so much. Here's to you Cal; or "Bob" or "Bob Sanks." Love you so much. Here are two parting pictures: Cal and Miles playing "Ring around the Rosy."
