Cal - 06/07/2021

Callahan ate cheerios and two servings of banana for breakfast. For lunch he ate ground beef mixed with avocado, ate half of toasted whole wheat pita bread, ate half of olives, and ate mandarin oranges. 

It was kinda stinky and I was sure it was Callahan. I said, "Hey Cal, is that you that's poopy?" He started to deny it, then admit it, deny it again, and then admit it. The hilarious part; he was nodding his head (up & down or side-to-side) the entire time too!! So his head was kinda going in circles!! It looked hilarious and cracked me up. 

So we did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and Cal was playing with these binoculars you see in the picture. He said, "I see something Gary." What do you see? "An animal." Then after giving it some thought he said, "An animal workout!" Haha. Stinking Alexa! He has the binoculars upside-down in the picture so I turned them right-side up! Now what do you see? Same answer; "Animal Workout." Haha. Following picture: Cal was playing with the food toys; pizza and was calling it his "cake."

Next picture: Cal and Miles are piling all the "soft stuff" they can find on Nora. (She's still wearing the Lioness Suit.) I like how the big girls call it the "hard stuff" or "soft stuff." Miles put a book on his Sister and Nora said, "No hard stuff!!" Last picture: Here the boys are playing side-by-side with some cars.

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Cal - 04/26/2021

Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. Callahan ate French toast casserole and ate his dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, whole wheat toast, peas, and mandarin oranges. How do you like this whacky first picture?!? Haha. Cal and I were having fun with this flexible sheet of magnifying plastic. You gotta big head on a little body there Cal!! :) Next picture: The kids were having fun with these cups, cutting up lots of beads, filling the cups, taping the top shut, and calling them "shakers." I ended up putting scotch tape on the top of Cal's cup - he didn't have very many beads in his - and they all stuck to the tape and wouldn't shake. Haha. He wasn't real thrilled with how that came out!! Next picture: Cal was just hanging out watching Atley and Avi folding paper following "Origami for Kids" on Youtube. Making a dog and bone.
