Cal - 10/05/2021

Cal ate two servings of whole wheat English muffin and ate dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate no pork roast, ate whole wheat tortillas, carrots, potatoes, and mango/strawberry mix. So at breakfast the conversation was all Toddler/Preschool logic. Cal said, "I don't like little people." I said, "Well you are little people!" Cal said, "I am a big people." Haha. Cal and Svea decided; "Yesterday is right now!" Ha.

First two pictures: Svea's wall of blocks actually survived over night and part of the morning. They were drumming on the blocks and then flopping over backward onto the mattress. In the second picture Svea laid out pillows for a sleeping area and she got cooperation at least for a few minutes. Shortly after I took this picture Svea dismantled the block wall and built something different.

Next picture: They were all excited to go on a wagon ride and look at the Halloween decorations across the street again. The neighbors have added several more items since we last visited. As we were leaving Cal said to Svea, "I don't want you sitting by me in the wagon." Svea said, "I know that." Ha. Reason? Because it's too crowded. She's big enough to walk with me, but she likes to ride and Miles is fine with the cozy ride. :)

Next picture; We stopped by Meadow Hill School again and the kids were immediately checking out the rocks again. Svea was looking for "shiny rocks." Following picture: They like to run around and around this storm drain with the sloped concrete. It's totally safe as the openings are too small for their shoes to get stuck. What do you guys see in there? "Candy wrappers."

Last picture: "Hey Cal, are you pooping?" His response; "Yes and I don't want you to bother me." Haha. Ok, no problem, I totally understand. Ha. If you look close at the right side of the trees you'll see Miles peeking from behind the tree! He was doing the same thing as Cal. It was a stinky ride home, but thankfully a short ride. Ha.
