Cal - 01/26/2022

Callahan ate most of a large serving of French toast covered with a large serving of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad.

Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Cal knew I was watching and laughing and he was in performance mode when I took this picture. 

Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles. As they were working Cal said, "Hey Gary! Miles did not yell at me when I was doing the puzzle!! I'm really proud of him!!" And Cal was very sincere. It was SO cute and funny in the context of their playing. Well I'm proud of Miles too!!

More activities from this morning. "Skiing!" Practicing some skiing maneuvers. This is about the extent of my knowledge when it comes to skiing so the lesson was short!! Haha. Last picture: The boys started out with markers and ended up doing stickers on their pictures too. They worked hard at their pictures which will be obvious when you see them. Good work boys.

Callahan ate whole wheat toast and mangoes for breakfast. For lunch he ate two large servings of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of two large servings of whole wheat spaghetti noodles, ate green beans, and fruit salad. First picture: The girls were doing "origami for children" and following an instructional video folding paper into butterflies. Cal wanted to do some kind of Art so he decided on practicing some cutting again. That's been his "go to thing" lately. He always asks if he can put the many pieces on his Cubby for "Mom and Dad." Haha. Second picture; Having fun with Avi. She loves to rough-house with the boys and of course they love it as well! It's no wonder why Avi, Cal, and Miles are good buddies. Next two pictures: Miles brought his Fire Truck today and shared it for a short period. He was fine sharing with Avi, but didn't want Cal to touch it. So it went back to his Cubby. Cal - 08/16/2022

Callahan ate waffle and two large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate half of his chicken, ate whole wheat tortillas, corn, and apple pieces.  This was Cal's first activity after waving bye to Dad and Hudson this morning. Art projects haven't been his first choice so this is picture worthy!! :) Next picture; The boys wanted Avi to lift them out of the chair and of course she was ready to oblige them. Uhhmmm, maybe you should take your game to the Play room where the landing is not hardwood floor. But first I gotta get a picture. Ha. Following picture: They were doing random jumps, butt bombs, and face plants. I encouraged them to synchronize their maneuvers for a photo - haha, right - but I could have stood there taking pictures all day and it probably wouldn't have happened. Cal - 08/18/2022

Hello to all of Cal and Hudson's Family!! As you all know Little Treasures is soon to close it's doors and I'll be moving on to another phase of my life. I'm totally serious when I say all the Boyle Family has been super close to my heart and all of you guys are the best. It's all passed so quickly and today is Cal's last day here. What a blast it's been to have Cal in my Program. As he's gotten older and his sense of humor has developed I must say; I think Cal and I are both inflicted with a serious case of silliness!! Haha. He makes me laugh so much. Here's to you Cal; or "Bob" or "Bob Sanks." Love you so much. Here are two parting pictures: Cal and Miles playing "Ring around the Rosy."
