Cal - 03/17/2022

Callahan ate French toast (casserole - new recipe) and two servings of dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, no whole wheat toast, no peas, and half of his strawberries. 
During breakfast Cal was teaching Miles how to say, "Early Out Day." Cal; "Miles, say Early." Miles; "Early." Cal, "Say out." Miles, "Out." Cal, "Say day." Miles, "Day." Cal, "Early Out Day." Miles, "Out Day." And Cal was satisfied. Soooo cute of them both. 

First picture: We've talked about this before, but again we have the slow unveiling of Svea's Goodie Bag for the day. She carefully takes out one item at a times as the anticipation builds. Haha. Makes me laugh. Second picture: One of the items was a book and Svea started reading it to the boys. Then she asked me to read it so we did. I was impressed that Miles sat for all of the story because there are lots of words in this book about "Fairy Hide and Seek."

Next picture: They asked for the big blanket from the Patio again today. It's hard to get one picture with all 3 of them together. So here's the best I could do; Haha. Svea's butt, legs, and feet. Last picture: This cracked me up. They built this boat and now for the "Maiden Voyage!!" "For some reason we're just NOT making any progress!!" Haha. Paddle faster Miles! Paddle faster Cal!!

Callahan ate whole wheat toast and mangoes for breakfast. For lunch he ate two large servings of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of two large servings of whole wheat spaghetti noodles, ate green beans, and fruit salad. First picture: The girls were doing "origami for children" and following an instructional video folding paper into butterflies. Cal wanted to do some kind of Art so he decided on practicing some cutting again. That's been his "go to thing" lately. He always asks if he can put the many pieces on his Cubby for "Mom and Dad." Haha. Second picture; Having fun with Avi. She loves to rough-house with the boys and of course they love it as well! It's no wonder why Avi, Cal, and Miles are good buddies. Next two pictures: Miles brought his Fire Truck today and shared it for a short period. He was fine sharing with Avi, but didn't want Cal to touch it. So it went back to his Cubby. Cal - 08/16/2022

Callahan ate waffle and two large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate half of his chicken, ate whole wheat tortillas, corn, and apple pieces.  This was Cal's first activity after waving bye to Dad and Hudson this morning. Art projects haven't been his first choice so this is picture worthy!! :) Next picture; The boys wanted Avi to lift them out of the chair and of course she was ready to oblige them. Uhhmmm, maybe you should take your game to the Play room where the landing is not hardwood floor. But first I gotta get a picture. Ha. Following picture: They were doing random jumps, butt bombs, and face plants. I encouraged them to synchronize their maneuvers for a photo - haha, right - but I could have stood there taking pictures all day and it probably wouldn't have happened. Cal - 08/18/2022

Hello to all of Cal and Hudson's Family!! As you all know Little Treasures is soon to close it's doors and I'll be moving on to another phase of my life. I'm totally serious when I say all the Boyle Family has been super close to my heart and all of you guys are the best. It's all passed so quickly and today is Cal's last day here. What a blast it's been to have Cal in my Program. As he's gotten older and his sense of humor has developed I must say; I think Cal and I are both inflicted with a serious case of silliness!! Haha. He makes me laugh so much. Here's to you Cal; or "Bob" or "Bob Sanks." Love you so much. Here are two parting pictures: Cal and Miles playing "Ring around the Rosy."
