Cal - 03/23/2022

Cal arrived after breakfast. For Lunch he ate half of his Hearty Paleo Stew with meat, tomatoes, green beans, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes. He ate two servings of Saltines, and also ate his Mangoes. (Hudson loved the Stew and ate 2 large servings.) Hudson said, "I don't have to bring my own lunch!?!?" Haha. 

First two pictures - Hudson and Cal are both here today and the kids have been having a great time. I took these two pictures shortly after they arrived and poor Svea was trying to hard to get Cal to acknowledge her presence. And especially her beautiful Princess dress. "Look at my dress Cal. Look at my dress." Nope, that wasn't happening!! He pretended to be fully engaged in his activities. Haha. I like how he says it better; "Av-i-tiv-i-tees." I've never seen him concentrate so hard!! :)

Next picture: Well this can't be right - two against one - especially two Kindergarteners against a 3 Year Old!! Ha!! Nothing but giggles and laughing so I stayed back and observed. :) Hudson has been a great listener today!! Good job Hudson.

Last picture: Svea has been wanting to do Play Dough for the last two days and we finally got it fit into our schedule today. We've been spending too many hours at the Cold Springs School Playground!! (We're going there again today as soon as Cal wakes up from his nap.) Eventually everyone, including Cal, was doing fun stuff with the Play Dough.

Callahan ate whole wheat toast and mangoes for breakfast. For lunch he ate two large servings of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of two large servings of whole wheat spaghetti noodles, ate green beans, and fruit salad. First picture: The girls were doing "origami for children" and following an instructional video folding paper into butterflies. Cal wanted to do some kind of Art so he decided on practicing some cutting again. That's been his "go to thing" lately. He always asks if he can put the many pieces on his Cubby for "Mom and Dad." Haha. Second picture; Having fun with Avi. She loves to rough-house with the boys and of course they love it as well! It's no wonder why Avi, Cal, and Miles are good buddies. Next two pictures: Miles brought his Fire Truck today and shared it for a short period. He was fine sharing with Avi, but didn't want Cal to touch it. So it went back to his Cubby. Cal - 08/16/2022

Callahan ate waffle and two large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate half of his chicken, ate whole wheat tortillas, corn, and apple pieces.  This was Cal's first activity after waving bye to Dad and Hudson this morning. Art projects haven't been his first choice so this is picture worthy!! :) Next picture; The boys wanted Avi to lift them out of the chair and of course she was ready to oblige them. Uhhmmm, maybe you should take your game to the Play room where the landing is not hardwood floor. But first I gotta get a picture. Ha. Following picture: They were doing random jumps, butt bombs, and face plants. I encouraged them to synchronize their maneuvers for a photo - haha, right - but I could have stood there taking pictures all day and it probably wouldn't have happened. Cal - 08/18/2022

Hello to all of Cal and Hudson's Family!! As you all know Little Treasures is soon to close it's doors and I'll be moving on to another phase of my life. I'm totally serious when I say all the Boyle Family has been super close to my heart and all of you guys are the best. It's all passed so quickly and today is Cal's last day here. What a blast it's been to have Cal in my Program. As he's gotten older and his sense of humor has developed I must say; I think Cal and I are both inflicted with a serious case of silliness!! Haha. He makes me laugh so much. Here's to you Cal; or "Bob" or "Bob Sanks." Love you so much. Here are two parting pictures: Cal and Miles playing "Ring around the Rosy."
