Cal - 06/03/2022

Cal ate bran cereal and no dried cranberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate half of his tuna patty, half of his whole wheat elbow noodles, ate green beans, and applesauce.

Cal and Svea were the only ones here this morning. Miles is home with Momma Emily today. First picture; Cal and Svea were both building with the legos and asking the same question, over and over. "Do you like it?" Do you like it?" Yes I like the hard work and creativity as you both build with the legos. Svea was not happy with Cal and asked him; "Cal, are you trying to make me feel bad?" No Comment from Cal. Svea said, "Gary, Cal said his was prettier than mine." (They know how to totally aggravate the other person!!)

Next picture: I took this at the very beginning of them putting on Dress-Up stuff. As usual Svea is focused on the mirror. Ha. She said, "We're going to a Party!" What kind of Party? Svea said, "Hop-Skip Party." Huh? I'm not familiar with those Parties. Svea said, "It's a Party where you Hop and Skip." LOL. I guess that should have been obvious to me!! The Title was fairly self-explanatory. 

Next picture: Well they're playing with that "Stretching" game again. And not caring about the "rules." Ha. You decide where you put your hand, foot, elbow, and head. Second picture: Cal told Svea "Watch This" so she sat on the bench. Then he was bonking his forehead on "Caption Hook" and making Svea (and Gary) giggle. Last picture: Sitting on my lap being silly and laughing.

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Cal - 04/26/2021

Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. Callahan ate French toast casserole and ate his dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, whole wheat toast, peas, and mandarin oranges. How do you like this whacky first picture?!? Haha. Cal and I were having fun with this flexible sheet of magnifying plastic. You gotta big head on a little body there Cal!! :) Next picture: The kids were having fun with these cups, cutting up lots of beads, filling the cups, taping the top shut, and calling them "shakers." I ended up putting scotch tape on the top of Cal's cup - he didn't have very many beads in his - and they all stuck to the tape and wouldn't shake. Haha. He wasn't real thrilled with how that came out!! Next picture: Cal was just hanging out watching Atley and Avi folding paper following "Origami for Kids" on Youtube. Making a dog and bone.
