Cal - 8/10/2020

Callahan ate bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch he ate chicken, bites of pita bread, ate avocado, half of cucumber, and ate pears.   Everyone was laughing at breakfast because Miles was in his highchair and watching the pictures on the digital frame and he started waving at them.  Haha.  It was very cute.  

First picture; While Cal was the first and only child here for quite a few minutes we took advantage of the moment to do some selfies.  This was my favorite - for obvious reasons!  Haha.  Cal with a peaceful look and snuggling his Gary.  



It was so nice to see the Hansen kids this morning and everyone was very excited and that kind of set the tone for the morning!!  Ha!  Excitement reigns!!  In the next picture; no one was more excited than Callahan.  "Mau Mau" is back!!  I love "Mau Mau!!"  :)  The caption for this first picture; "Is that really you Mau Mau!?!"   :)


Next picture; I just put a ponytail in Svea's hair and it looks as if Cal is examining it!!  What do you think Cal?  Does it pass inspection?  He probably doesn't care about the quality, he's just thinking about how handy that looks!!  Haha.  Following picture; It always makes me laugh when the "walking" children get down and crawl with the "crawling" children.  :)  Last picture: Teeter-totter with Svea and she's working on a balance routine for the circus that's coming to town!!  :)

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Cal - 08/11/2022

Callahan ate French toast casserole and ate his dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, whole wheat toast, peas, and mandarin oranges. How do you like this whacky first picture?!? Haha. Cal and I were having fun with this flexible sheet of magnifying plastic. You gotta big head on a little body there Cal!! :) Next picture: The kids were having fun with these cups, cutting up lots of beads, filling the cups, taping the top shut, and calling them "shakers." I ended up putting scotch tape on the top of Cal's cup - he didn't have very many beads in his - and they all stuck to the tape and wouldn't shake. Haha. He wasn't real thrilled with how that came out!! Next picture: Cal was just hanging out watching Atley and Avi folding paper following "Origami for Kids" on Youtube. Making a dog and bone. Miles is gone until Tuesday so Cal didn't have him to wrestle with today!! Haha. Last picture: Svea was putting a necklace on Cal's neck...

Cal - 08/18/2022

Hello to all of Cal and Hudson's Family!! As you all know Little Treasures is soon to close it's doors and I'll be moving on to another phase of my life. I'm totally serious when I say all the Boyle Family has been super close to my heart and all of you guys are the best. It's all passed so quickly and today is Cal's last day here. What a blast it's been to have Cal in my Program. As he's gotten older and his sense of humor has developed I must say; I think Cal and I are both inflicted with a serious case of silliness!! Haha. He makes me laugh so much. Here's to you Cal; or "Bob" or "Bob Sanks." Love you so much. Here are two parting pictures: Cal and Miles playing "Ring around the Rosy."
