Cal - 09/13/2021

Callahan ate two servings of corn chex cereal and ate peaches for breakfast. For lunch he ate ground beef, whole wheat hamburger bun, no tomato, and ate mandarin oranges.  

First picture: We did a book, puzzle, and toy exchange this weekend and as usual the kids were very engaged and busy. Cal was here for several minutes by himself, but I don't think he noticed. Second picture; Lauralea had a morning appointment and parked in front. Cal ran to greet her when she returned. With his rabbit ears riding low. Haha. At least he's consistent; that's how he always wears them!! 

Next picture: Svea had put on these bracelets and Cal was apparently impressed; "You're SO strong." Haha. (I don't think that's the "look" she was going for!) Following picture: Svea built a "cave" again for all of them to play in. And she was real sweet to make sure she invited Miles too! "Miles, you can come in." :)

Next picture: We were outside for awhile this morning and the kids were doing some sidewalk chalk again - thanks to Miles initiating it! (He loves the sidewalk chalk!) Anyhow Svea was drawing and told Cal, "Draw your Parents Cal! I'm drawing my Parents!" Ha. Last picture: Cal spotted plugs of soil all over our lawn - aerate this last weekend - and he asked, "Is this poop!?!" No. Haha. But it looks like it could be!!

Hello to all of Cal and Hudson's Family!! As you all know Little Treasures is soon to close it's doors and I'll be moving on to another phase of my life. I'm totally serious when I say all the Boyle Family has been super close to my heart and all of you guys are the best. It's all passed so quickly and today is Cal's last day here. What a blast it's been to have Cal in my Program. As he's gotten older and his sense of humor has developed I must say; I think Cal and I are both inflicted with a serious case of silliness!! Haha. Callahan ate whole wheat toast and mangoes for breakfast. For lunch he ate two large servings of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of two large servings of whole wheat spaghetti noodles, ate green beans, and fruit salad. First picture: The girls were doing "origami for children" and following an instructional video folding paper into butterflies. Cal wanted to do some kind of Art so he decided on practicing some cutting again. That's been his "go to thing" lately. He always asks if he can put the many pieces on his Cubby for "Mom and Dad." Haha. Second picture; Having fun with Avi. She loves to rough-house with the boys and of course they love it as well! It's no wonder why Avi, Cal, and Miles are good buddies. Next two pictures: Miles brought his Fire Truck today and shared it for a short period. He was fine sharing with Avi, but didn't want Cal to touch it. So it went back to his Cubby. Cal - 08/16/2022

Callahan ate waffle and two large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate half of his chicken, ate whole wheat tortillas, corn, and apple pieces.  This was Cal's first activity after waving bye to Dad and Hudson this morning. Art projects haven't been his first choice so this is picture worthy!! :) Next picture; The boys wanted Avi to lift them out of the chair and of course she was ready to oblige them. Uhhmmm, maybe you should take your game to the Play room where the landing is not hardwood floor. But first I gotta get a picture. Ha. Following picture: They were doing random jumps, butt bombs, and face plants. I encouraged them to synchronize their maneuvers for a photo - haha, right - but I could have stood there taking pictures all day and it probably wouldn't have happened.
