Cal - 10/04/2021

Callahan ate two servings of cheerios and ate banana for breakfast. For lunch he ate ground beef with avocado, extra serving of avocado, ate whole wheat pita bread, two servings of olives, and two servings of strawberries. 

I was reading books to Cal first thing this morning and we read about "Clifford the Big Red Dog." I asked Cal the name of his favorite dog. He said, "Lola." I asked, "So why is Lola your favorite?" Cal said, "Because Mom is happy when I have her." :)

First picture: Cal and Svea with their sunglasses, but I especially like that Cal has a flashlight - just in case the sunglasses make it too hard to see. Ha. Second picture: Svea was SO happy to see "Our socks match! Our socks match!!" She said, "Nora has a bunny dress that matches my bunny dress."

Next picture; The boys had just finished their breakfast and Svea was showing them the activity with the magnet. She was pulling the magnet across the paper clips and she already had Lots of them stuck to the magnet. 

Last picture: Cal was examining his hand and Miles' hand. Cal said, "Look at my fingers are all dry." In the picture Miles is looking at Cal's face. Haha. Cal asked Miles; "Are yours dry?" Ha. I hear so much here that I know they're bringing from home and by the way you guys must do wonderful because I never hear "bad" stuff. LOL!! Good work Parents!!

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Cal - 04/26/2021

Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. Callahan ate two servings of whole wheat English muffin and ate grapes for breakfast. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, some whole wheat toast, half of his beets, and ate applesauce.  Callahan and Svea were arguing about giving Alexa instructions. Cal was yelling, "more" and Svea was yelling, "Stop." That was bugging Eden and she came over and asked, "Why are you fighting?" And Cal verbalized it very well. Eden asked, "Do you know rock-paper-scissors?" That hit my funny bone. Oh well, nice try Eden. First picture: Story on the left and Eden on the right were pretending to sleep after Cal arrived and he was intent on waking them. Ha.
