Cal - 10/08/2021

Callahan ate half of his oatmeal and ate all of his dried cranberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate tilapia, half of his whole wheat elbow noodles, ate green beans, and ate applesauce. Atley came right after lunch today and Svea told Atley; "Cal said you are his best friend." (And he did say that earlier this morning.) Atley said, "Maybe it's because we have the same birthday month." Haha.

First picture; Svea was playing with the magnetic tray before the boys were done with breakfast and she wanted to show them what she did with the balls. Very nice work Svea. Second picture: This is just kind of a silly picture and I'm posting it only because Cal did NOT get hurt. I happened to have the camera pointed right at him and he took a spectacular tumble, and this was kind of at the tail end of the crash! 

Next picture: Cal and Svea were playing chase back and forth around the room; loud and crazy! Which is fine! They gotta burn off energy!  Last picture: Svea laid out the cozy corner rug for Cal and her to lay on, but then she got distracted while examining Cal's nose! Haha. She said, "Cal! You have a boogie in there!!" Haha!

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Cal - 04/26/2021

Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. Cal - 08/11/2022

Callahan ate French toast casserole and ate his dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, whole wheat toast, peas, and mandarin oranges. How do you like this whacky first picture?!? Haha. Cal and I were having fun with this flexible sheet of magnifying plastic. You gotta big head on a little body there Cal!! :) Next picture: The kids were having fun with these cups, cutting up lots of beads, filling the cups, taping the top shut, and calling them "shakers." I ended up putting scotch tape on the top of Cal's cup - he didn't have very many beads in his - and they all stuck to the tape and wouldn't shake. Haha. He wasn't real thrilled with how that came out!! Next picture: Cal was just hanging out watching Atley and Avi folding paper following "Origami for Kids" on Youtube. Making a dog and bone.
