Cal - 06/08/2022

Callahan ate a large serving of French toast topped with strawberries for breakfast. ("I want them mixed!") For lunch he ate Whole 30 Chili with meat, sweet potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and several spices. He also ate whole wheat dinner roll and pineapple/mango. Breakfast conversation: Cal said, "Hey Guys! I'm back from my trip!" Where'd you go? Cal said, "San Diego." Miles said, "I love San Diego." LOL! That made me laugh. Yup Miles, you're a regular traveler to San Diego!

This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon. Look who joined us in the afternoon! Atley will be here after school today as well and then her last day of School is Thursday before noon so we'll all be seeing lots of Atley for the summer. This morning Miles was asking, "Where's Owie? Where's Owie?" What!?!? Lauralea and I both interpreted what he was saying as "owie!!" Cal finally rescued us!! Cal said, "He's asking where is Atley!" Haha. 

Next picture; After waving to Parents at the window Cal was showing Miles his shirt. Cal said, "Hey Miles! What does my shirt say!?" Haha. Miles was pretty sure it was something about Hudson!! Following picture: The boys were taking turns covering each other with pillows. Cal asked/told Miles, "Cover me with pillows!" So Miles did and asked Cal; "Are you cozy?" Ha. So cute and thoughtful.

Next picture: More pillow play. "Hiding" under the pillows. "Find me Gary." "Find me Gary." And this is what I saw when I came around the corner. Haha. Last picture: We also went outside and the boys were looking at a roly poly bug Miles found. Svea came about 11 o'clock and the boys were happy to see her.

Callahan ate kix cereal and fruit cocktail for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ground turkey, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, ate avocado, tomatoes, and cherries. I took this first picture shortly after Cal arrived and I just thought it was cute how he was sitting on the edge of the mattress reading his book. Second picture: He and Atley were having fun being silly before anyone else arrived. These two are basically on the same humor level. Haha. They find each other to be quite hilarious. Next picture: Cal actually did quite a bit of Art - although I think he eventually tossed most of it in the trash. He was doing stickers, drawing, and gluing with the glue stick. Cal - 04/26/2021

Callahan ate two servings of bran cereal and ate most of raisins for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, bites of toasted whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumbers, ate avocado, and ate pears. At Lunch time Cal asked me; "How you day Gary?" Excellent. He'd repeat it; I'd say excellent. He finally said, "Say good." Haha. I didn't realize that was why he kept repeating it!!  We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and these two guys were playing with the bunny ears. Miles put it on his head by himself one time, but in the second picture Cal had put it on him. :) Next picture: Miles likes getting in these tight spots and hanging out. Callahan ate French toast casserole and ate his dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate pulled pork, whole wheat toast, peas, and mandarin oranges. How do you like this whacky first picture?!? Haha. Cal and I were having fun with this flexible sheet of magnifying plastic. You gotta big head on a little body there Cal!! :) Next picture: The kids were having fun with these cups, cutting up lots of beads, filling the cups, taping the top shut, and calling them "shakers." I ended up putting scotch tape on the top of Cal's cup - he didn't have very many beads in his - and they all stuck to the tape and wouldn't shake. Haha. He wasn't real thrilled with how that came out!! Next picture: Cal was just hanging out watching Atley and Avi folding paper following "Origami for Kids" on Youtube. Making a dog and bone.
